Three months ago, I wrote a post about getting back in shape (Click HERE to read it if you want).
Well, I did get back in shape! I worked out very hard in the past three months and those 8 extra pounds I had on since Christmas are now gone! With our move, my thesis, the adjustment to our new life, it's so great that I have been able to lose that weight! I don't feel really different but my clothes fit better! Jillian Michaels helped me a lot! And I'm still doing the 30 Day Shred almost every day! I won't stop now!
My next goal: to lose 7 pounds!
Deadline: June 10th!
I definitely want to feel good in a bathing suit because we have a jacuzzi and I don't want to feel embarrassed to wear a bikini!
I'll keep you posted on my evolution!
