I'm really looking forward to get back into the swings of things this week! I want to workout and eat well! I started well the week with a 45 minutes workout this morning and it felt so good! I also shoveled a lot of snow, it was like doing a 2nd workout ha!
I went to the grocery store this afternoon (despite the snowstorm that is still going on very strong!) and I got everything I need for our week menu!
Monday: Baked chicken drumsticks, brown rice and veggies
Tuesday: Burgers and salad on the side
Wednesday: Pork chops and veggies
Thursday: Dinner at my parents for my mom's birthday!
Friday: Ham panini
I have not had burgers in a long time (and my boyfriend does the best burgers!), I will really be enjoying that meal on Tuesday night!
