Getting Back in Shape!


I have not been to the gym in the past few weeks! I've been bad! (Though I occasionaly do the 30 Day Shred.) I've been eating three healthy meals per day but my problem is that for the last three weeks, I have been eating  a lot of candies and sweets!!! I can't stop!!! At work, our supervisor brings us a lot of candies  (I feel it's Halloween everyday!) and it's very hard to resist!!! I feel like I'm now addicted to sugar, I'm craving sweets all the time but I'm not really hungry!!! Not good for me! :( I need my cravings to stop right now!!!

I have to get back in shape! I have gained about 8 pounds since Christmas and I want to feel good again!!! I just feel gross!!!

The point is that I have to get back to the gym. But I'm so tired after my day of work to go  for a workout!  My job is exhausting and I have no energy after 5h00pm! I can't go in the morning because I start work at 8h00 and my gym opens at 6h30, so I don't have enough time (about 1 hour commute to work). After work (3h30pm), it takes me about 1h00 to get there and there is a ton of people working out. :( I'm already exhausted when I get there! I have to figure out something! I can't let things go the way they are right now! I suppose I can go to the gym twice in the weekend and one or two more times during the week...

But I can tell you that I'm going for a workout tomorrow after lunch because I have the afternoon off (I can work 30 minutes more each day to take one afternoon off per week!)

I'll keep you posted on my workout evolution!

  1. Ugh I do not like the gym...I just started the 30 day shred and I think I'm done with the gym!

  2. You can do it! I will be posting my workouts on Wednesday, there's lots of bloggers who are joining the fit train, so hopefully that'll be motivation!

  3. Dang girl you are busy! I have been super bad and have not kept up with my New Year's Resolution of working out 3 times a week...I hope you find some time to reach your goals though! <3
