I love to workout. I normally exercise 4 days/week. But my gym is far from home! I got there by bus, a 25 ride bus to go and to come back, it can take 40 minutes (because the bus stops somewhere.)! So, it takes me about 1:05 hour each time I want to go to the gym! So, when I go to the gym, I know I have to workout well to make the travel worth it!
Here's what I normally do on a gym session:
After that, I'm exhausted and I'm proud of myself!
I have not been in the gym for a week now and I miss it! I will go back to my routine tonight, after a quick dinner!

- Elliptical machine: 25 minutes
- Step machine: 45 minutes
- Stationary bicycle: 15 minutes
- Musculation: 15 minutes

That is dedication! I would have a hard time going to a gym so far away--kudos to you! I haven't worked out this week very much and I am missing it as well.
